Apple Tree Sawdust & Bay Leaf Extract
Hot Smoker for Grilling & BBQ – 2500 ml
+ Free Fireproof Metal Incense Box Included
The delicate aroma of the fire comes from the apple wood. Carefully selected apple wood shavings, dried naturally for at least two years, are specially prepared for hot smoking on grills and BBQs.
Thermo-infused with natural bay leaf extract, this wood shavings not only provides a surface aroma but also penetrates deep into the wood's cellular structure. The resulting smoke combines the slightly sweet, fresh, and soft fruity character of apple wood with the deep, aromatic, slightly spicy, and sophisticated herbal texture of bay leaf.
This smoke doesn't mask the natural flavor of the food — on the contrary, it adds depth, character, and a refined BBQ aroma. It's not an aroma, it's the signature of the fire.
Smoke Profile and Applications
Apple and bay leaf smoke, with its balanced yet characterful nature, yields excellent results, especially for red meats, long simmers, and richly flavored dishes.
